Veros Swiss - "REAL Swiss Tooling Solutions provided by REAL Swiss Machinists"
The concept for Veros Swiss Tooling was born out of necessity by a veteran swiss machinist and put into action in early 2009. Our product line is being developed around the premise of providing cost effective and efficient tooling solutions for production swiss machinists.
The team at Veros Swiss is passionate about swiss machining and well versed in the many challenges faced by our collegues in the field. With that, we are working hard to provide tooling and equipment to overcome those challenges.

CURRENT PRODUCT OFFERINGS
Our initial product lines are comprised of low cost replacement parts for Citizen swiss lathes and a special coolant-thru knock out tool that we've branded as the "DeFlecto Tip Coolant-Thru Knock Out".
Replacement parts include lock wedges, drover nuts and guide bushing tool hex pins that are compatible with many Citizen swiss style lathes. These products are manufactured to exceed OEM quality at a substantial price reduction. Descriptions and one-click access to technical drawings are provided on our Products page so you can quickly determine if our parts are compatible with your machine.
In addition, we have the capability to reverse engineer and reproduce tooling in a cost effective and timely fashion. If you have a sample part and are willing to send it to us, we can probably replace it!
DeFlecto Tip Coolant-Thru Knock Outs provide an excellent solution for machining applications in which contaminated pick-off collets can cause surface damage to customer parts. They are designed to flush the sub-spindle using air or coolant at pressures to to 2000 psi.
FUTURE PRODUCT RELEASES
We have several new products currently in development that are scheduled for release in early 2010.
The first is a series of Extended Length DeFlecto Tip Coolant-Thru Knock Outs to flush out the sub-spindle on long part swiss machining applications.
The second, and one we're most excited about, is the launch of the Veros Swiss CQC (Complete Quick Change) System. The CQC will provide a complete quick change solution for swiss CNC lathes.
